How it began…

I often found myself wondering why every diet required cutting out everything you enjoy eating. Then, workout an insane amount trying to get this slim figure just to be hangry all of the time. I had to ask myself the question: Was being skinny worth ruining my mental health and self image? No.

I began to live by four simple rules: Learn about my body, by studying signs of vitamin deficiencies, and hit my daily calorie count instead of shying away from it. Listen to my body, I’m all for a good challenge but my body has it’s limits and it doesn’t need to push them everyday. Attend to my body, sleep is affected by so many outside factors so I tried to reduced stress so I could get more rest at night. And Eat, many people tell you to cut carbs and sugars without sharing why. Like telling you to drink diet soda despite it being worse in some ways than even non-diet soda. So, with these four rules I took my diet in my own hands and began to eat happier and healthier.

The Fairy Method

Feel: Ask Yourself and your nutritionist vitamins you might be lacking

Attend: Make goals and find a workout plan that fits Your Lifestyle

Inform: Always look into WHY trainers have you doing certain exercises and diets. Ask why before you cut anything from your diet

Replenish: Sleep, Eat, and Meditate. Rest is the Most Important Step. If you don’t have energy you will stress out your body

YOU: It’s your body, your workout, and your diet. Diet and Exercise to feel like You

What is The Fairy Method

In short the fairy diet is a diet perfectly tailored to foods you enjoy in the healthiest way possible.

The fairy workout expands on building the muscle you already have challenging you to work on mobility, flexibility, and endurance using Yoga, Pilates, Cardio and proper stretch technique.

I believe it’s the workout for the common and casual. Something you can start at home and migrate to a gym if you want something more extensive.

Consultation

  • A consultation is a one-time meeting (in person, by email, or video call) where you can ask questions to get help setting up your diet.

    • $15 per consultation.

Fairy

  • With the Fairy program I would be working with you twice a month checking in on your progress making new goals for your dieting and nutrition.

    • $30 per session in person.

    • $10 per month for Patreon video library.
